Terracotta Design Studio is a boutique interior design practice located in picturesque Kenmare in County Kerry, Ireland. Founded in 2018 by an interior designer Anna Hubert, the practice specializes in residential interiors with projects across Ireland and Europe.

The practice was born from a passion for craftsmanship, simplicity and dedication to creating interiors that feel good and stand the test of time.

My approach to design is truly considered.

I believe a home should feel personal and comfortable, rather than trendy. I am drawn to honest materials, good craftsmanship and spaces that have a sense of unique character. Where possible, I like to work with materials that will age well and develop patina over time.

With a background in arts and design, I bring a balance of creativity and practicality to each project. The details matter, of course, but so does the way a room actually works day to day. I pay close attention to spatial layout, lighting, materials, proportion, and furniture placement. Vintage or hand made furniture, artwork and personal pieces always have an important place in my work. An old chair or a painting with a personal story can bring far more character to a room than something chosen simply because it is new.
